Before each match, children from two local football teams are invited for an unforgettable moment. They enter Stayen's hell hand in hand, together with the players of the A-team, on match day.
Children and adult fans with a life-threatening and/or long-term illness are offered an STVV Experience where close family members are invited along with the child, either: (a) on a match day in the club's VIP area. Includes a meet & greet with a favourite player. (b) on a non-game day in the club's training complex. Includes a meet & greet with the team.
An STVV kids training day with players from the A-team as coaches is organised annually during the season.
Every season, all STVV volunteers are invited to an end-of-season activity in the presence of the board, the sports staff and the players of the A-team. This is to thank them for their dedication and commitment over the past year.
Perhaps the best moment of the season for some of STVV's young players. Every season, all STVV Youth teams walk onto the pitch prior to a first-team match! Among these kids could be the new Lon Polleunis, Peter Delorge, Danny Boffin, Simon Mignolet ... who knows? A day not to be missed!
